 Understand business goals and recommend HR approaches, policies, and procedures to achieve and continuously improve business and people objectives;
· Ensured that HR practices are compliant with Internal Audit standards;
· Provided guidance to managers on a variety of HR topics including employment law, leave administration, performance management;

· Leads / Supports the mobility local actions as per CoE Mobility guidelines for expats contracts.
· Leads and helps supporting labor relations, and union negotiations;
· Effectively manage employee relations issues and all disciplinary procedures, including investigations.
· Partner with the UK HR Director and senior management to develop annual Executive Succession Plan presentations;
· Responsible for implement HR strategies including organizational culture, leadership coaching, performance management, succession planning, talent management and change management.
· Participated in Diversity Programs including partnering with the senior management to advance diversity & inclusion into the business.
· Leads division executive and employee compensation programs ensuring they are administered effectively to include communicating, training and partnering with the HR Director and senior management to obtain final recommendations.
· Manage the process to apply PULSE survey and assure the action planning to improve Employee Engagement Index.
· Conducted market surveys to evaluate current compensation structure and develop annual merit recommendations.
· Evaluated employee programs, analyze exit interviews and force report statistics to ensure plans are in place to address employee retention.
· Ensured high potential employees have development and retention plans.
· Implemented global bonus, profit share program, engagement and retention strategies.
· Responsible for manage HR Budget of all areas (Labor Cost, OPEX, CAPEX)
